How do I become a member?

To become a member, you need to be a resident of Thailand with a Thai bank account (or any other proof of residency) and purchase at least 14g of our premium flower. Once you make your qualifying purchase, you can sign up in-store, and your membership will be activated.

How do I get my Big Buyers Card?

Your Big Buyers Card will be ready for collection at the store where you signed up or can be delivered to you with your next order, typically within 7 days. The card serves as your membership ID and medical marijuana card.

Can I use my benefits at all your dispensaries?

Yes, your Big Buyers Card and benefits are valid at all participating stores. Just present your card at checkout to enjoy your discounts and perks.

What if I don't have a Thai bank account?

If you don’t have a Thai bank account, you may still be eligible for membership if you provide an alternative proof of residency, such as a utility bill, Thai ID, or a driver’s license.

What happens if I lose my Big Buyers Card?

If you lose your Big Buyers Card, please contact our Big Buyers hotline, and we will assist you in getting a replacement card as soon as possible.

Are there any restrictions on the benefits?

The Big Buyers card is non-transferable, so you must present your ID when using it. Please adhere to dress codes and club rules for visits to Sugar Club and Levels Club. Always check the specific terms when using your benefits.

How do I stay updated on new benefits and promotions?
